Have a stroll in the village to soak up the atmosphere, buy that “special something” from one of our many gift shops, try a warming mulled wine or some roast chestnuts from the street vendors or nip into a cosy pub and warm your toes by the fire. Early evening the Christmas lights and decorations come into their own, twinkling in the frosty air as dusk falls.
With many restaurants and pubs on our doorstep, you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to going out for a relaxing evening meal.. …no car required.
